4.   Real estate offered at auction is sold on the Seller’s Terms and Conditions. There are no
Contingencies presented to or by the Buyer.
5.   All advertising is exclusively focused on your property.

Our experience also includes: marketing analysis, consulting, and appraising for many diversified inventories ranging from small household estates to large commercial equipment.

In asset recovery, we have acquired a vast array of knowledge regarding: product marketability, economic strategies and most importantly, approaches to obtaining qualified and competitive buyers. This knowledge coupled with our keen sense of direction and competitive nature has made us your
